At Silia, we are committed to your satisfaction and providing the best hair care solutions. Because we believe in the quality of our Red Light Therapy Hairbrush, we have outlined our refund and return policy below to ensure a transparent experience.

1. Return Window
We accept return or exchange requests within 14 days of the date you received your item.

2. Return Conditions (Product Status)
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The hairbrush must be in its original condition and unused. (Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for brushes that have been used on hair).

The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories included (charging cable, user manual).

Proof of purchase (Order number or confirmation email) must be provided.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged item or a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at [Your Support Email] with photos or a video demonstrating the issue.

In such cases, Silia will cover all shipping costs for a replacement or a full refund.

4. Return Process & International Shipping
As Silia partners with global suppliers (via AutoDS) to ensure the best value, returns may need to be shipped directly to our international fulfillment centers.

Important: Please do not send the product back to the address listed on the package before contacting us to receive the correct warehouse address and a Return Authorization Number.

5. Shipping Fees & Refunds
If the return is due to “change of mind” rather than a product defect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once the returned item is inspected at the warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
